Job Title: Event Manager

Location: Europe, Middle East, Americas

Are you passionate about events and love being in contact with people? We are looking for a motivated Conference and Events Manager who can lead the team and take care of planning and budgeting a series of corporate events that will take place in different cities of the mentioned continents.

About the position

  • Organizing and selling high class events, road shows, weddings, business receptions etc.
  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Supervise conference arrivals to make sure everything goes smoothly
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Managing a team of 2-3 people
  • Assisting in the creation of budgets, setting KPI’s
  • Coordinate all aspects of the events
  • Handling complains and accommodating requests
  • In contact with the Food and Beverage department and monitor quality

 

The successful candidate:

  • Understands the local market and event trends
  • Has previous experience leading a small team
  • Is guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Has excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Has strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Is highly responsible & reliable
  • Is fluent in English (This is a must. Any other language is a great plus).

Job Title: Host/Hostess, Brand Ambassador

Location: Europe, Middle East, Americas

About the Position:

Are you passionate about events and love being in contact with people? We are looking for motivated hosts/hostesses/brand ambassadors who can represent different brands in corporate/sports/cultural/entertainment events that will take place in different locations across the mentioned continents.

We are seeking individuals with energy, determination, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Candidates should possess a warm and welcoming attitude, perseverance, and a sense of elegance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions
  • Fluent proficiency in English (mandatory) and any other language spoken in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strong team player
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
  • Highly responsible & reliable
